This establishment and crew are always amazing. They explained that the service would take hours due to the satellite updates, but the facility is clean, has nice seats, coffee, and even snacks. I They explained that the service would take hours due to the satellite updates, but the facility is clean, has nice seats, coffee, and even snacks. I schedule this around time off, so I'm basically having a chill time reading or gaming while at peace. At peace because I know this service center will do well by me. I had two updates for my Ioniq 5 battery that were overdue. After around 5 hours the connection between my car and satellite spazzed out, but an employee explained that if it didn't get resolved in the next 30 minutes, they were going to provide a loaner. Fortunately everything was resolved. I also scheduled a tire rotation which was comped. I say it every time I come here, the next car I'm buying is from here due to the staff and service. More
