The dealership was clean and service department was friendly. Both Steve and Derryl went out of their way to make sure my car issues were resolved. Their service included loaners and at one point a tow friendly. Both Steve and Derryl went out of their way to make sure my car issues were resolved. The best service in Chicago land. this is the best dearership in the Chicago land. I brought my 2005 Xterra here and I've been coming back for service ever since. Fine experience . However, I feel coersion tactics are used by being told that services (other than the original scheduled service) need to be performed otherwise my . However, I feel coersion tactics are used by being told that services (other than the original scheduled service) need to be performed otherwise my warrantee might be voided. This makes me very uncomfortable. This has happened a few times now and I haven't had my car 2 years yet (purchased brand new). Darryl, on the other hand, is a service advisor that I trust will only push additional services to make recommendations in my best interest as a consumer. The free car wash barely touched the dirt on my car. More
