The wait was a little long but a storm had come through earlier in the week and so the dealership was closed as a result of it so I understood. The waiting area was not set up for social distancing. Service Friendly-Customer Service My service guide was Derryl Reese, most time as a female coming into a dealership for service and/or car shopping I am very apprehensive. This young My service guide was Derryl Reese, most time as a female coming into a dealership for service and/or car shopping I am very apprehensive. This young man makes sure you understand all the details of what is going on, he is very understanding when you do not know and makes every effort to put you at ease with the details. He was knowledgeable of what I needed for my care and took the time to tell me what could wait until next time and what I could do now -within my budget!! Did I add that he is a great customer service friendly !! AS an FYI-the young ladies at check out are awesome-however the sales team on the floor if I am servicing my car please do not try and sale me a new one!! I know how to shop for a car--I did it before---remember!! How about thanking me for the one I purchased and still coming in as part of the promo instead of AM I ready for a new one!! Such a turn off!! More

I find this dealership to have a very comfortable and familiar environment. They get me in and out expeditiously still informing me of any additional services that I may have a need of. The service was great! Everyone was friendly. I’m just a little disappointed that $150 that I paid to have my car checked was not applied to my balance. I came in on 7/6 to have my ac checked paid $150 and little disappointed that $150 that I paid to have my car checked was not applied to my balance. I came in on 7/6 to have my ac checked paid $150 and told them I would be back on 7/10 to have them complete the job. Before I left on 7/6 I asked would the $150 still apply to the work being done on 7/10 and I was told yes but when the work was done that $150 did not apply and I had to pay a different price than the one I was told. More
