I love my pathfinder I purchased my Pathfinder in 2015 because it has everything and more on my wish list. Overtime features such as the passenger heated seat stopped wo I purchased my Pathfinder in 2015 because it has everything and more on my wish list. Overtime features such as the passenger heated seat stopped working. Fearful of a large expense, I didn't have it checked. Nor did I have the trunk actuator repaired because if a $400 repair bill. While I know Nissans are reputable cars, the repair prices are astronomical! More

Thought it was my key fobs My battery died after the extremely cold weather here in Chicago. I had my battery replaced by my uncle but the car wouldn’t work. I had it towed to N My battery died after the extremely cold weather here in Chicago. I had my battery replaced by my uncle but the car wouldn’t work. I had it towed to Nissan in South Holland assuming my key fobs needed to be programmed(I was receiving the I-Key System Error message). Apparently the tow company dropped my car off prior to Nissan opening so they didn’t know they had my car. Service guy Derryl gave me a little attitude at 1st saying he had been calling and texting me, but the guy who towed my car writing wasn’t legible, so Derryl was calling the incorrect number. Once we got past that he explained in detail what was wrong with my car , my uncle ruined the fusible link and battery terminals. Derryl also tried to come down a little on the price. Service was fast and of great quality, I was happy with the adjustment to the price although it was still $200+ over what I anticipated paying. I was pleased and will be using them again! More
