I live in New Jersey, and I made a trip to BMW of Sliver Springs which is about 2-1/2 hours from my home. When I arrived, I was not only greeted, but I was made to feel that I was part of a family. Now this resonates with me because when I spend my money I want to feel like people care about the sale and they care about me. It was a flawless car buying experience Desirea really was hands on and spent the time showing all the features on my new 740i. She was just a really caring person and that made me feel reassured that I was making the correct purchase. To be honest she could have pushed me out the door and went onto the next sale, but I could feel in my very soul she truly wanted me to be happy and take care of me.
