I live in New Jersey, and I made a trip to BMW of Sliver Springs which is about 2-1/2 hours from my home. When I arrived, I was not only greeted, but I was made to feel that I was part of a family. Now this resonates with me because when I spend my money I want to feel like people care about the sale and they care about me.
