Meagen was beyond great. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Talking to her the first time made me feel like she knew me my whole life. It was, by far, the best dealership experience I have ever had. I will recommend her to everyone I know that is looking for a car. She is the reason I am giving the dealership 5 stars instead of less. My problem was with the finance side. First, I couldn't get things started because all of the finance people were in some mandatory monthly meeting. I am the GM of a 20 million dollar company and as far as I am concerned, any company willing to put a meeting in front of their customers is failing. I almost backed out of the whole thing because of that but you can thank Meagen for talking me down. I left a message for Devin to call me about wire transfer information at 10 AM and had to call back at 4pm to try and get it again. I check messages more than once in 6 hours. I am not sure why transfer information isn't readily available for a customer trying to pay for a vehicle in cash. If I didn't call again I would have had to wait another day just to transfer the money. These delays cost me an additional two days in rental car fees which made me feel like Heiser is unorganized. Thanks again to Meagen for delivering my car to me while I was at work. She left me feeling great about my purchase even after the delays. You are lucky to have an empathetic employee like her that understands how to read her customers and know what to say and how to say it. Honestly, if I had a car dealership I would try to get her to work for me. I do not know who Bassim Farhoud is, I never talked to him nor have I met him so I am not sure how to rate him which is why I won't. I would like to mention some of your other employees that were especially good. Leela greeted us at the door and was extremely friendly and helpful. She knew who we were meeting with which gave me a great feeling about Heiser. Kratia set up my appointment when I called. She was kind enough to introduce herself and made me feel like I mattered. They both were very professional and friendly which made my experience that much better. One of the best experiences I have had in a dealership from the people at the front desk to the entire sales floor. More

Working with Leela was good. I had the price worked out with her. Then I was sent to Devin and felt like everything was a secret. He didn't explain the cost of the warranty or wh I had the price worked out with her. Then I was sent to Devin and felt like everything was a secret. He didn't explain the cost of the warranty or what kind of deductible I wanted. He added it to the total without even telling me the cost and added the most expensive but lowest deductible. He never told me my interest rate or anything. I was given no paperwork to review these things before I left. No figures were shown to me at all. I did sign the loan without pushing for answers. That's on me, but I felt exhausted after spending the day negotiating everything they wanted to add and I didn't speak up. It cost me an extra 3500. I thought with 10,000 down and my trade of 4500, that I would be in a better financing position. I also have an excellent finance rating. So I expected the rate to be better. He never even mentioned that I was financing for 75 months on a loan that I thought was for 60 months. In the future I would work with Leela again, but will be much more conscientious with finance and ask more questions. I really don't care for the dealer experience when buying a car! This time too many secrets! I felt like he was hiding the costs from me on purpose! Even put his hand over some of the details when he was talking to me. More

I wouldnt do business with them bait and switch tactics was back and fourth the whole time they aren't transparent. Payton lied to me about the ford blue advantage warranty its for used cars under 100k miles and 10 years old or less said I dont get it because I didnt buy a ford, i drove 200 miles was transparent about my trade in told them everything that was wrong with it Told BDC told the salesman and the finance guy, i get there and they act like they had no idea. Everything was back and the fourth the whole time.the process wasn't great was by far the worse car buying experience I've ever had and I've bought over 20 cars. Roy was the nicest person there didnt seem to lie. The deal was fair but wish the back and fourth didnt happen and wish I wasn't lied to about the ford blue warranty More
