Very disappointed with the ethics of the sales management team (Roy Edwards). My sales professional and I agreed to terms on a vehicle. I was told, to hold the vehicle until I could pick it up, I would need team (Roy Edwards). My sales professional and I agreed to terms on a vehicle. I was told, to hold the vehicle until I could pick it up, I would need to send a deposit and they would contact me for payment. 2 hours later I received a text saying they have a "local" coming in to look at it in a few hours and will let me know if it is still available after they make their decision. Of course the "local" bought the truck. Then I received a call saying sorry for getting our wires crossed. So, if you're not a "local", dont waste your time. They will sell vehicles out from under you. More

unfortunately we have had an issue with Leela and getting our 2nd fob delivered. It was promised on 6/6/26 when we purchased the car and it is 7/9/26 now and still no fob. I have communited with her and she our 2nd fob delivered. It was promised on 6/6/26 when we purchased the car and it is 7/9/26 now and still no fob. I have communited with her and she said the person who comes to activate and bring it is too busy to do so!!! Unacceptable! Still waiting for a date. Up until this fob incident, we were very please with the service. Too bad this is spoiled it. More
