They are all friendly, honest, and informative. In our experience- Cliff and the service team deliver service based on the customer’s needs, not what they want to sell. This is a big deal to us at a dealership, as we are not keen on being “sold” things. We highly recommend working with Cliff Roberts and the Russ Darrow Kia Madison team. More
