We’ve purchased 2/3 of our last vehicles from Cliff and the other one from another person at the same Russ Darrow Kia Dealership because we think the staff is great and the service team is also a big plus. They are all friendly, honest, and informative. In our experience- Cliff and the service team deliver service based on the customer’s needs, not what they want to sell. This is a big deal to us at a dealership, as we are not keen on being “sold” things. We highly recommend working with Cliff Roberts and the Russ Darrow Kia Madison team. More
