After repeated bad experiences with aggressive and rude car salesmen, I was hesitant to work with another car salesman. I am glad I gave Mark Preston at Infiniti of Gwinnett a chance. He was kind, effici car salesmen, I was hesitant to work with another car salesman. I am glad I gave Mark Preston at Infiniti of Gwinnett a chance. He was kind, efficient and very helpful. He was not an aggressive salesperson in any way. He spoke to me like a person (not like the previous salesmen who spoke to me like I was a girl who knew nothing about cars or money). He followed up when appropriate. He presented the details in a way that made sense. I left with a "new to me" car a few days later. I had to go back twice after the sale (to return a key and to get items I forgot in my old car) and Mark was still eager to help in any way he could. I am glad I gave Mark a chance and would definitely recommend Infiniti of Gwinnett sales department. Austin in the sales department was also a pleasure to work with. In the past I have worked with Devyn who is also great. Both team members take the time to answer my questions and provide a high level of service. More

Super excellent customer service but the quotes for repairments are crazy....Wanted to Charge me $2100 for replacing my break pads and for resurface my rotors. The only reason I'm giving them 5 stars repairments are crazy....Wanted to Charge me $2100 for replacing my break pads and for resurface my rotors.
