Dealership Service Shops are Expensive. Wolfchase's Worth it I'm not going to lie. The pounding my wallet took was real. That said, Dexter handled the process like a seasoned veteran. Car maintenance really anno I'm not going to lie. The pounding my wallet took was real. That said, Dexter handled the process like a seasoned veteran. Car maintenance really annoys me. People trying to sell me stuff I don't want or need makes it worse. Dexter didn't sell me. He informed me of upcoming maintenance that had to be done soon that if I took care of immediately, I could save on labor. Instead of just being an order taker or a super-polite sales pusher, he offered me professional insight & helped me save money & avoid future annoyances. Not only did I get honest expertise, Dexter made the whole process easy. He presented a couple of options that made the most sense, got my decision & made the rest happen easy peasy lemon squeezy. The courtesy shuttle driver also provided A-class service. That said, he had too many customers & that made wait times & travel times longer than was necessary. That is no fault of his own. He could have also used a dispatcher - making him deal w/ serving customers & figuring out logistics of delivering 10 different ppl & picking up even more seems like a disservice to customers. I work in IT, I solve complicated problems everyday for a living - I couldn't have done a better job juggling everything our driver had to juggle. Our driver drove very safely. And still, I'd feel better if I knew his only concern was safely driving customers rather than also being a dispatch coordinator. If it's always as busy as it was when I got dropped off & picked up, anyone would need a dispatcher scheduling & coordinating w/ customers. On the other hand, I can see how it might not make sense because of costs if high volumes of pickups/drop offs are not common. That's a business decision - I hope Wolfchase Honda errs on the side of customer satisfaction. In no way does any of this reflect on the driver. If there is any issue, it is with management here. Lastly, I got picked up & dropped off right as things were closing up. I believe that Dexter had gone home for the evening. I paid for the service (my wallet came back bloody) and was told to wait while someone would get my vehicle & let me know when it was ready. After about 30 minutes, no one ever told me - I had to go ask someone & they told me it had been ready for me about 20 min ago. No one told me. My car idled for 30 minutes in the parking lot. If Dexter had been there, I don't think that would have happened. Excellence can't be just something star players practice. It has to be a team value. Most of my experiences w/ Wolfchase have been frictionless & reassuring. There were major renovations happening so I'm going to chalk up these friction points to the mayhem & disruption of extensive renovations being wrapped up. Executive Summary: Dexter & the shuttle driver provided top shelf service. There are some finer points in the process outside the reach & influence of Dexter & the driver that could be tightened up but may have just been one off issues caused by renovations. More

First Timer I normally get serviced in another state. However, I brought my car to this Honda dealership. Let me first say, I love the drive in service. The ad I normally get serviced in another state. However, I brought my car to this Honda dealership. Let me first say, I love the drive in service. The advisor, Dexter Alexander, was prompt in coming out to greet me. He got me in there and told me approximately when my service would be completed. I was very impressed with his professionalism as well as others (servicemen/women). The time was less than what he predicted. I will definitely be giving them a call when anything goes awry with my car. Thanks again Dexter Alexander and the Honda Team! More
