Whenever I have a concern or immediate issue with my 13 year car (LOL), I call Dexter for technical resolutions. Dexter tells me to come on in or schedule a time so "Honda can take a look". Within less than 1-3 hours (depending on the issue), my car is back to straight-off the dealer floor ready. You can always count on Dexter. More

30 point instection-Failed I had service there and multipoint inspection indicated good brakes. When driving I did not feel good so I went to a local mechanic and he indicated m I had service there and multipoint inspection indicated good brakes. When driving I did not feel good so I went to a local mechanic and he indicated my brake pads were worn out and recommended to change brake pads and rotors. Looks like my brake pads were never checked during the multipoint inspection so how do I trust the dealer? More
