The Service Tech was very professional. Excellent visit. I am pleased most of the the time with the Dealership. The visit before this one didn't go well. I was sent away with a problem that I was of aware of I am pleased most of the the time with the Dealership. The visit before this one didn't go well. I was sent away with a problem that I was of aware of and Service Tech refused to listen to me. I drove around weeks knowing something was wrong, went to another dealership and the confirmed the problem, took care of it and car runs like new again. More

I initially came in on 6/20/20 at 5:15pm to get a headlight replaced and was quickly turned around by the intake guy under the tints. He said that it could not be done with them closing at 6:00pm. headlight replaced and was quickly turned around by the intake guy under the tints. He said that it could not be done with them closing at 6:00pm. I asked if I could purchase the headlight and he pointed me in the direction of “parts”. When I went to attempt to purchase the headlight the gentleman couldn’t tell me if I had go under the hood or under the car. So I left. I considered going to Auto Zone but wasn’t sure if they’d be able to assist me. I came back to Honda in 1/21/20 and was able to get the headlight replaced and was greeted by the same guy from the previous evening. I went in and was greeted by Dexter who was able to give me an approximate timeframe for my car and reminded me of another service that was needed. More
