Surprise I did not intend to buy a new car today. As a matter of fact, I was intent on saying no to any attempt to sell regardless of the deal. Anticipating a I did not intend to buy a new car today. As a matter of fact, I was intent on saying no to any attempt to sell regardless of the deal. Anticipating a high pressure sale, I visited the showroom ready to leave at a moments notice. I was introduced to Yogi and the rest is history. Without a hint of pressure, he did all he could to accommodate my every concern. Long story short, this jaded New Yorker (me) drove my wife home in a new 2016 end of the model year Rogue. To say the experience was pleasurable is putting it mildly. I loved buying our new car there and I will recommend this dealership, as well as Yogi, to every and anyone I know who is looking to be treated like a human being when buying a car. Even the finance guy (Norm LeBlanc) was so kind and, while he did make it known that we had further options, he did not try to pressure us in any way to purchase them. I truly appreciated his style and "cool" demeanor. Nice going Norm. You guys really made our day. Thank you Universal Nisan. Thank you Yogi and Norm. More

Poor Customer Service! The car we bought early this month is great, but this place lacks in customer service. We have never seen poor customer service at a dealership until The car we bought early this month is great, but this place lacks in customer service. We have never seen poor customer service at a dealership until we came to Universal Nissan. Every time I call they ask who I like to be transferred to instead of how may I help you. Every time we call and leave a voicemail, no one calls back with an answer to our questions. We have left many voicemails to the sales agent Philip, and finance manager Josh at Nissan, but no follow up calls have been receive yet. We have gotten the run around ever since we started the buying process early this month. We had to drive up to the dealership multiple times because they failed to have us sign certain documents, and wasted our time which we value you the most. I feel like something is screwed up somewhere in the system, and if we can't get it right soon further action may need to be taken. More

Exceptional Experience I have purchased several vehicles throughout my life, but have to say that buying a car from this dealer has been by far the best. Super friendly staff, neat facilities and fast service. After being rejected by another dealer who offered all kinds of perk but couldn't approve me, I went to Universal Nissan and did not have to be there all day, the process was fast and painless and most importantly, I was approved. Alexis Mangual (salesperson) was exceptional! He explained everything about the car I needed to know, guide me through the process and helped me get the car I wanted. He went above and beyond to help this deal happen. His manager Deya, and Finance person Josh were extremely helpful and friendly as well. I walked out of there with a brand new Nissan Altima with a special edition package. I am super happy and will recommend to my friends and family. More
