When I arrived at the dealership, they had the paperwork ready and the truck washed! It was a quick in and out, and I really appreciated them having it all ready so that I didn't waste a day! Where do I begin? ! I was in the market for a Ford Bronco for my 16 year olds daughter this would be her first car. So this was a HUGE deal! Needless to say she had spe ! I was in the market for a Ford Bronco for my 16 year olds daughter this would be her first car. So this was a HUGE deal! Needless to say she had specific features that she wanted (white with a sunroof), and I wanted a safe CPO, no accidents, with low miles. Came across a 2022 Ford Bronco Big Bend on CARFAX, and reached out to Hawk Ford St. Charles for availability. Within minutes Diana the sales rep reached out, and then came the tricky part. The Bronco was in St. Charles, IL and I was in Miami, FL. Within minutes she referred me to Jim Martinez, her out of state specialist/manager. Within minutes I had a quote, including shipping, and he advised I could do everything on line. Jim went above and above to settle my nerves/concerns. After all I was buying this virtually! He and his staff sent me videos of the interior/exterior, and when I asked to let me think about it I didn’t get the typical salesman trying to shove a vehicle down my throat. He was the upmost professional and 48 hours later I reached out on Monday. Not only did we seal the deal (shout of to Nando in Finance, and Nicholas) they arranged to have my SUV shipped within 48 hours. After all I had promised my daughter she would have her car the first day of school. True to their word her bronco sport arrived on Sunday afternoon, and the Bronco was absolutely perfect! It literally looks brand new! I can’t thank Hawk Ford St. Charles for making this the easiest, and BEST car buying experience EVER! If you’re in the market for a vehicle don’t hesitate they are the BEST! A++++! More
