Very smooth transaction I talked with Chris on the morning of July 31. We agreed on the price/terms and confirmed. I then took a train to LA where they picked me up. They were true to their word and the experience was great. From my salesperson, Chris, to the finance dept. to my specialist who helped me understand the tech. pkg., they were all excellent. I have purchased MANY cars through the years (BMW and MB), and this went as smooth/flawless as any I have ever had - I do appreciate the great experience. More

New Century BMW dealership treats you as a family I was shopping for a CPO vehicle, BMW i3 series was on my mind. I stopped by for a test drive on Wednesday and on Sunday I drove my very own CPO BMW i I was shopping for a CPO vehicle, BMW i3 series was on my mind. I stopped by for a test drive on Wednesday and on Sunday I drove my very own CPO BMW i3 REX out of the New Century BMW dealership. Sami Asadourian was my salesperson extraordinaire. He was extremely knowledgeable. He took his time to take different cars for a test drive, sit down and discuss the differences between the models and what model would work best for my needs and my budget. Sami was always available to connect on a phone to ask all kinds of questions. Sami went out of his way to introduce me to the BMW service professional, Pamela Chen, who I asked the essential tech/maintenance questions. It helped me to make my mind along with my self-education via YT videos. Diana Zhang is a very hands- on, eager to help and very friendly BMW genius who anticipated my questions and made my transition into operating my first EV vehicle very smooth. Diana helped to set up my charging accounts and patiently answered questions during the free training sessions (as many as you wish). Michael Chang walked me through financing the car and explained the differences between different plans. He gave a professional recommendation based on facts. The whole team is very professional and responsive. I highly recommend this dealership as they made me feel part of the BMW family. More

Ken Chau and his team are true professionals We were in the market for a 530i but only if the price was right. I reached out to over 10 dealerships, mostly with no response, which was disappointi We were in the market for a 530i but only if the price was right. I reached out to over 10 dealerships, mostly with no response, which was disappointing. Then came an e-mail from Sonny Patel (general manager at New Century) with a great offer. After a few friendly email exchanges and a phone call (Sonny was warm, direct, and very helpful), we were in their dealership that night to do the paperwork. After welcoming us and confirming terms, Sonny introduced us to Ken Chau who took over. It was already late, certainly well past his typical ending time. But you couldn't see it in his positive demeanor. With enthusiasm and attentiveness, Ken showed us the vehicles that were available to us, answered our questions, and anticipated questions that maybe we hadn't thought to ask. The truth is that we are high maintenance customers and probably aren't the easiest to deal with. But Ken seemed truly grateful to have us at his dealership from the moment we met until the end of the night when we drove off in our new 530i. It was the most pleasant car buying / leasing experience I've ever had and this includes a history with luxury vehicles where dealerships strive for a VIP treatment. I intend to refer friends and family to Ken. He is transparent, ready to bend over backwards to make you happy, and committed to his craft. And he provides excellent experience in a way that isn't overbearing - it really is just an extension of his inviting and warm personality. Customer service like this can't be taught - it's innate. To be clear, Sonny was excellent as well but understandably, with his management duties, he had to disappear for parts of the transaction. He did go out of his way to find me some bags to put personal items in because we were trading in an old X5 as part of the transaction. And lastly, I should note that the finance professional was very good as well. We just wanted to get done with the paperwork (it was late) and he was accommodating, professional and funny. Unfortunately, I forget his name. Thanks to the New Century Team! More
