From Kayla, Aleks M., Matt Belov (Sales), Diane Djonovic, and Frankie Ferraro...the entire experience was TOP NOTCH. I never felt pressured by Matt in any way and even though the dealership was super busy, neither he nor anyone else cut corners - they provided me with excellent attention and service. They nailed every detail...Matt even texted me a video before I arrived after the car was washed. I financed a certified pre-owned TLX that is just 🔥😍...and it came at a very reasonable price and kick-xxx APR. This was the first time I ever left a car dealer after buying a car and not feeling like I got ripped off or needed a shower after the experience. I think the total amount of time I spent inside the dealer over the course of 2 days was barely 3 hours...I spent more time driving round-trip twice to and from NJ than the time it took to buy the car! I will definitely be back for my next car and will be sure to recommend to friends and family. Thanks guys! More

I have been a part of the Acura of Westchester Family since 2011 and just leased three cars in the last two months at Acura of Westchester with the help of Michelle, Nick, Brianna and Diane. The process since 2011 and just leased three cars in the last two months at Acura of Westchester with the help of Michelle, Nick, Brianna and Diane. The process was smooth from beginning to end. When leasing our RDX, we needed it ASAP as my husband needed to begin driving to work after COVID 19- We called Acura of Westchester on a Thursday and by Saturday we were in our new car. Michelle and Nick took care of everything and made sure we had everything we needed in our car at a price we could afford! Diane in the finance department was also top notch! All of our finance paperwork was done and all we needed to do was sign off. She explained everything and also was warm, kind and friendly. Then, just this past week both my husband and myself as well as my father decided that our current lease dates were coming close to an end on our 17 MDX and ilx, so once again I reached out to Michelle and Nick and once again the process was EXTREMELY smooth. We were in new cars that had exactly what we wanted and needed in them within days. While picking up, we met Brianna who made us (me) feel more like family then having just met. She was pleasant and friendly and made sure we were extremely satisfied before we left the dealership. I feel like I now have gained more family members!!! Awesome Team at Acura of Westchester. More
