Fabulous. Friendly. Professional. Helpful. I was purchasing a replacement vehicle after my 2007 Volvo was totaled in a collision. Diane Gebhard, the Secor Volvo Sales Representative was extreme I was purchasing a replacement vehicle after my 2007 Volvo was totaled in a collision. Diane Gebhard, the Secor Volvo Sales Representative was extremely helpful. Shemade the ordeal of purchasing a vehicle after a traumatic event easy. The day I picked up the car she spent close to an hour sitting in the car showing me how all the features worked. This was very helpful since the car I purchased had features I was not familiar with. A friend of mine had a similar experience at Secor, also with Diane. In summary, the service was friendly, professional, helpful and considerate. I highly recommend Secor Volvo. Oh Yeah, I love my new Volvo. More

What really makes it my now go-to dealer though, is the people and the service. Steve helped me narrow down what I wanted in my price range, and made the paperwork a breeze. Most of the experience was getting familiar with the car, driving it, and learning about the features. Any time I sat down in the office, it felt like I was the only customer in the building, paperwork was fast, with no hidden surprises. I highly recommend shopping at Secor, whether you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

First time service This was my first service after 11 mo owner of the XC40. (my first Volvo) I had an appointment (very easy to make) and was greeted on time. Nick list This was my first service after 11 mo owner of the XC40. (my first Volvo) I had an appointment (very easy to make) and was greeted on time. Nick listened to my two issues and noted them before the service began. This was supposed to last about 3 hrs, but after settling in the newly constructed waiting/showroom it was going to take longer and a loaner was arranged. Someone kindly lead me thru the operations of the loaner. I was back to pick up the car. The service had been completed and in a few minutes the car pulled around still dripping from the car wash. My issues had been addressed and there are no complaints from me. The details of the service were sent promptly by mail. I must mention that while in the waiting room my salesperson, Diane Gebhard came along. She offered to meet with me after her meeting or any time to go over any questions I might have about the car. She has been most generous with her time and knows this technology is new to me. She is personal and knows her stuff. More
