Some minor concerns were quickly addressed. I deducted 1 Star as the CPO inspection report indicated paint was inspected by the service tech yet Diane noticed several chips on the bumper. These really should have been taken care of by service. Unfortunately the parts department didn’t have touch up paint in stock; we were told it would be mailed. More

No pressure sales and patient advice with new technology Diane was a gem to work with. I was very reluctant to give up my 14 year old xc70 wagon, but realized I did need to upgrade to some of the newer tech Diane was a gem to work with. She helped me navigate everything from my first drive in an SUV to the systems that operated the car. I so appreciated her patience as well as how she was able to help me understand it all. Excellent Diane is great. The day I came in for pick-up we realized that due to a registry regulation (out of stats) I would not be able to swap plates from my Diane is great. The day I came in for pick-up we realized that due to a registry regulation (out of stats) I would not be able to swap plates from my old vehicle to my new one. Secor let me leave with my new car on a loaner plate and the very next morning sent a person to me, an hour and a half away, to register the car and install the new MA plates. This was a wonderful customer service experience. Even after the sale, Diane called to check in and offered to send my old plates to me from my trade in. The follow through was beyond what I expected. More
