Secor Volvo exceeded my expectations! !! Julie was extremely knowledgeable and professional, as was all of the staff who I encountered. Would 100% use their service department in the futur !! Julie was extremely knowledgeable and professional, as was all of the staff who I encountered. Would 100% use their service department in the future. The owner even stayed 5 min past closing to accommodate the only time I could pick up my vehicle. That level of customer service is extremely hard to find nowadays!!! Thank you to all the staff of Secor Volvo for making an extremely stressful situation of having a vehicle breakdown and making it stress free !! Plus taking the time to return my car cleaner than when I dropped it off.... 1000% earned a customer for life !!! More

The service staff has always been over 15 years courteous and helpful. However, I would love to get back to the old days with phone service. A kind elderly woman sat in the showroom and answered calls. I was and helpful. However, I would love to get back to the old days with phone service. A kind elderly woman sat in the showroom and answered calls. I was able to speak with someone almost immediately every time I called. Now, my calls typically go to a recording and I may get a call back within 48 Hours. Can we get another elderly woman to answer calls? More

We have been going to Secor for 30+ years. It is a 70 mile drive each way, and we pass at least three other Volvo dealers on the way.
