My family has purchased cars from Charlie as far back as when he first opened on bank street. We have always had great reliable vehicles from Saab, Subaru and Volvo. Customer service has always been top not when he first opened on bank street. We have always had great reliable vehicles from Saab, Subaru and Volvo. Customer service has always been top notch and any issues if they arose were addressed promptly and courteously! I love my Volvo XC60 and couldn’t be happier! It was a pleasant experience. The salesperson I wanted to work wit was busy with another customer so they quickly found another to fill in until she was available which I felt was excellent service. My car was ready for pickup when we arrived and the salesperson made sure we were well versed in the technical aspects of operating the car and offered to have a second session so we were not too overwhelmed. Paper work sent for signatures was in may cases filled out electronically such that the correct boxes were not checked and written words were not in the correct fields. Obviously no one proof read anythin out electronically such that the correct boxes were not checked and written words were not in the correct fields. Obviously no one proof read anything before it was sent Staff could not keep the total cost for registration sales and property taxes straight Documents requiring signatures came in 3 separate FedEx mailings rather than one. Overall I would say that after the sales price was paid customer service disintegrated More
