Integrity and Skill We have been going to Secor for 31 years even though we live 70 miles away in Mass. We don't mind driving past 4 other Volvo/Saab dealerships because We have been going to Secor for 31 years even though we live 70 miles away in Mass. We don't mind driving past 4 other Volvo/Saab dealerships because we trust Secor and they have always treated us fairly on 9 lease cars so far. We have not had any significant service problems, and the minor ones that come up on rare occasions are handled swiftly and effectively. The late Bill Babeski and our current salesperson, Diane Gebhard, were/are both professional and friends. Several finance managers, including the most recent, Steve Matters, have been a pleasure to deal with. Charlie Secor is a class act. Debbie, the Title and Registration Specialist was very helpful in gathering all the documents we needed for the Mass RMV. Many people find car dealerships a hall of mirrors with folks who do not have your best interests at heart. Secor is just the opposite; people who care about cars but put their customers first. We have recommended Secor to friends in RI, CT and MA and will continue to do so. More

pleasant I went to dealership for specific model that was listed in their inventory. I liked the vehicle still a few items need to learn about as salesperson I went to dealership for specific model that was listed in their inventory. I liked the vehicle still a few items need to learn about as salesperson didn't know how to work them. I didn't like the fact that the pricing was not shown for Costco auto program just told to me. Didn't know there was a special sheet until I called Costco for Pin # and I asked Secor for sheet but never produced. I am not sure I would recommend Secor yet. I will see how my service goes when needed, Thank you More

What a car We were planning to hold onto our 2105 Volvo S60(115,000) for a few more years. We saw the 2019 S60 on the showroom floor and ended up buying it. Our salesperson, Diane Gebhard, took it off the floor, went over the features of the car and we were off on a test drive. The purchase was easy, nice folks to work with. John, the sales manager, was able to work things out so the purchase made sense. Diane was very patient and attentive. We had a very nice experience. The technology in this 2019 S60 T6 Inscription is crazy insane. We love it. These are nice folks to do business with and the new facility is very comfortable and inviting. More
