communication with the service department is absolutely terrible. when we finally were able to get our vehicle in for service, it was not fixed properly. upon calling back with a separate emergency, the as terrible. when we finally were able to get our vehicle in for service, it was not fixed properly. upon calling back with a separate emergency, the assistant who answered the phone lies saying theres no one who can help. eventually we get the manager rob on the line who then hangs up on us. no service was performed. no one reached out after. we will be taking our business and vehicles elsewhere. Was told we had to finance through dealer in order to get advertised price at over 9% rate even though we have excellent credit,also we were sent home with new jeep with hardly any gas and dried up stickers advertised price at over 9% rate even though we have excellent credit,also we were sent home with new jeep with hardly any gas and dried up stickers stuck to inside of doors.We have just refinanced at 4.7%.
