I appreciated that the service person did not charge me for services I did not need. I.E., a tire rotation. When I am not charged for a service I don't need, it makes me more likely to return in the futur for services I did not need. I.E., a tire rotation. When I am not charged for a service I don't need, it makes me more likely to return in the future and recommend other Honda owners to bring their vehicles in for service as well. More

Everyone was courteous. Only the service dept. Greeters etc. Had masks. I saw 20 other people around the offices and no one had on a mask. Also, I arrived 40 minutes early, but didn't get serviced any soon etc. Had masks. I saw 20 other people around the offices and no one had on a mask.
