Honest service advisor I like the service I receive at Audi Silver Springs! I don't always like the cost of the repairs, but that is to be expected when you are paying for I like the service I receive at Audi Silver Springs! I don't always like the cost of the repairs, but that is to be expected when you are paying for services not on warranty. Dimitra, however tries to do all she can to help cushion the blow and makes sure the work is done on schedule. I have never had a major repair that she didn't go out of her way to make the experience comfortable for me, to include providing a loaner vehicle and applying current discounts and other sales bonuses to lesson the cost.
