The best Honda dealership in the Valley I just bought my fourth CR-V from Arrowhead Honda and I love the car. This time I went with the LX model. I loved the moon roof in upstate NY but not I just bought my fourth CR-V from Arrowhead Honda and I love the car. This time I went with the LX model. I loved the moon roof in upstate NY but not in the sunshine capital of the world! There are many added features on the EX model that I feel are annoying and possibly ultimately dangerous as they are like another person taking control of the car while I'M driving. If I need all of these assists I shouldn't be behind the wheel in the first place. Dino explained everything to me when I bought the EX and I was sure I would love them but a year's experience told me otherwise. When I brought my car in for service I asked if I could get a CR-V without these frills he said "Of course". We looked at the car, we talked about the car, and I took it home. Everyone in Arrowhead Honda have been wonderfully helpful. My relationship with Honda dates back to 1990 when I bought my first Honda from Andy James, owner of Rensselaer Honda in Troy, NY. More

Dino was awesome, but, do not finance through Honda! I was fortunate to have met Dino Krallis initially. Very good salesman. He gets an excellent rating from me due to his being attentive and knowledgeable of products Honda sells. The reduced rating is with your finance group (or person). Are they all slugs or just the guy that I worked with? I will refer friends and family. After all, Honda has historically been a great product. This is my second purchase through your dealership. But, I will tell everybody not to finance through Honda regardless of the "finance deal" advertised. More

The first thing I loved about this place is that we had our opportunity to look through the lot without car salesman being like vultures. Once we mad our car selection we had the greatest service. Now after 13 years and two more Hondas on our track we encounter the same respectful and effective service than before. The whole team treated us as family and gave us the best deal for our buy. Not only that but the service department is really great. We love going to this dealership. We know that down the road we will keep on coming back for more cars. More
