After my initial visit and purchase of a vehicle, I was expecting some form of communication or follow-up to discuss further details . However, I never received any such communication. Moreover, during my visit to your dealership, a promise was made to address a specific issue or concern, but it was not kept. This discrepancy has left me feeling disheartened and frustrated. As a customer, I believe in open and honest communication, and I trust that your dealership values its customers' satisfaction. I went there to trade in my car and dealt with Dino who gave me a great sales price when he went to the Sales Mgr to approve the price. the Sales Mgr screams out "WHO THE xxxx IS -----" That went across th gave me a great sales price when he went to the Sales Mgr to approve the price. the Sales Mgr screams out "WHO THE xxxx IS -----" That went across the sales floor. Dino said he wouldn't approve it. Just last week. I took it in for an issues with my acceleration and they couldn't find anything after driving my car for 20 miles. They do however want me to buy new tires and brakes. I purchase tires about two years ago. I don't trust this dealership. More
