I purchased a key fab on 4/22 and had to call on 5/20 to see if it was in. I was told that I would be getting a call with-in 5 business days, instead got some story it just came in the day before. when I pi see if it was in. Never told me there would be a cost involved. another $163 after paying $198 for the fab. I did not see a lot of transparency in informing the customer and I did not a concern from the manager in resolving or trying to help me with the situation. He was more about pretending I was not there. The one good thing I can say is Gregory Deo did make my experience better and I would recommend seeing him for your needs. He tried to do what he could and got me in and out as soon as possible. More
