The Service manager Marc Gober not, good customer relations skills. My car has been returned back for repairs.On 11/21, 11/28 and now 12/13. Costly repairs. The initial repair on 11/21 to repair th relations skills. My car has been returned back for repairs.On 11/21, 11/28 and now 12/13. Costly repairs. The initial repair on 11/21 to repair the low coolant , the advisor advised would fix the issue, . My car back in the shop on 11/28 … oh that’s wasn’t the issue a new repair. !!! Car back in the shop on 12/13, all the coolant out of my car . As of today the car remains in the shop.I will be calling the BMW of Orland Park today 12/22 for an update . I am in a loaner , which is smaller than what I drive. They gave me what was available!! . More

I wish BMW gave me a little more discount and didn’t charge me an additional 3% for using my credit card. Also, I think it took a little longer to complete the service. I specifically instructed the ser charge me an additional 3% for using my credit card. Also, I think it took a little longer to complete the service. I specifically instructed the service advisor to instruct the technician to uninstall the damaged carbon fiber front lip splitter and was promised that he’ll take care of it but it wasn’t done. I was a little disappointed. More

I purchased my 2024 BMW from BMW of Orland Park in May 2025 and have always serviced my vehicle here. My remote start never worked, which I only discovered once Chicago weather turned cold. BMW Custome 2025 and have always serviced my vehicle here. My remote start never worked, which I only discovered once Chicago weather turned cold. BMW Customer Support confirmed the vehicle missed a software update while in dealer possession and needed a manual update. Despite this, Deon in service dismissed the issue and refused to speak with BMW Support. A BMW Genius, Mark, incorrectly told me my vehicle did not have remote start and even suggested driving 1,000 miles for an update, which BMW later confirmed was false. The vehicle was returned with air in the tire and no resolution. I ultimately had to fix the issue myself after hours of research. This should have been a simple software update, and the service experience was extremely disappointing. More
