Dirk was extremely helpful with the purchase of my wife's BMW X-6 lease. He was very attentive and informative. What I liked most about the service that I received from Dirk was that he seemed to "bend over backwards" in terms of making sure that we were more than satisfied when my wife and I left the showroom. Had an absolutely great experience with Dirk! He went out of his way and stayed late to ensure we had the level of support necessary to make an educated decision regarding the lease of our new BMW. Dirk approached us first and made us feel welcomed to their Dealership. He was very patient with us, answering all our questions and getting to know us a bit. Since he was involved with another transaction instead of making us wait, he introduced us to Brooks Rorapaugh who is very patient, listens, is very, very knowledgeable about their products and spent an incredible amount of time with us. We returned the next day, which was Christmas Eve. They were suppose to close at 2pm however, Brooks and Mike Hall stayed well beyond their closing time with us and even on a Holiday! Then while half way home, Brooks noticed that we had forgotten some of our paperwork. He called us and met us where we were on the road, to hand deliver them to us! Frank Steffen was very friendly to us & even extended his offer of help for me to find information on my past relatives in Germany. Mike Hall explained all of the financial information in detail to us and again stayed late on Christmas Eve for us, just so we could take our new car home that day! Since, I have stopped by the dealership a couple of times, without a scheduled appointment, to have Brooks go over a few things with me a again and he was always available to help me and always very pleasant. Never once, in dealing with Ganley BMW were we made to feel uncomfortable or pressured. Previous to going to Ganley we had went to another dealership... the salesman did not ride with us when we test drove the vehicle (was not a BMW dealership), nor was he very knowledgeable about the equipment on the car. We were very impressed with the knowledge that Brooks of Ganley BMW had and that he rode with us during our test drive explaining and showing us things. More

He calls me to make sure I am doing well and if I ever have any concerns he is always wil willing to work with me to get the best deal, not against. Overall I could not be more satisfied with my overall purchasing experience for my new 2012 BMW 528i; from my initial contact through delivery..... Dirk responded to my email inquiry within minutes, indi purchasing experience for my new 2012 BMW 528i; from my initial contact through delivery..... Dirk responded to my email inquiry within minutes, indicating the car I wanted was still there; we scheduled a time to drive it the next day...car and him were both available at time promised. The test drive exceeded all expectations as Dirk took a lot of time explaining all of the features/benefits of the 528 and allowed me to drive it as long as I needed to decide. He is passionate about the BMW brand and it shows in his sales presentation and knowledge about BMW. The negotiation process was very smooth and within minutes we had a deal. Dirk addressed my follow up calls within minutes as well. The GM, Frank, was also very friendly and pleasant to deal with, as was the finance manager. The car was ready for delivery right when promised and was spotless. Without question, all of my future BMW purchases will be at Ganley and with Dirk. More
