Dirk did an excellent job of giving the full details of the vehicle including comparing and contrasting with the competition without bashing the competition, but rather, highlighting the value differentiat the vehicle including comparing and contrasting with the competition without bashing the competition, but rather, highlighting the value differentiators of the BMW. Having been to Ganley in the past and feeling high pressure salesmanship, I was skeptical my experience would be any different this time around. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. It see pressure salesmanship, I was skeptical my experience would be any different this time around. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. It seems there is new management in the sales department and I couldn't have been treated better! The sales staff was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about their product. Being an informed buyer, I often test sales people with less obvious facts about their product to see how much they really know about it. From the salesmen on the floor, to finance and even the sales manager, I was very impressed. I was back and forth between the new 3 series and a 5 series so I made several visits to the dealership. One might think I would be pressured into purchasing the more expensive 5 series but in fact, my salesman (Dirk) carefully considered my personal needs for the vehicle and recommended the less expensive 3 series. All in all, a very low pressure experience and I would highly recommend Ganley to anyone in the NE Ohio area in the market for a BMW. More

I was searching for a new Cadillac CTS or BMW 3 series and visited several dealers. My experience at those other dealers was not that great as they were very pushy to upsell to a more expensive car and qu and visited several dealers. My experience at those other dealers was not that great as they were very pushy to upsell to a more expensive car and quickly close a deal without lettig me get to know the car and its features/options. I stopped at Ganley BMW and was pleasantly surprised by the way they do business. It is a much more relaxed environment were I could take my time to learn about the car and the features offered (without being pressurd to buy the first car that I drove), which resulted in leasing a 3 series with the options my wife and I actually wanted. Dirk and Frank clearly spelled out the lease terms and costs without any hidden fees. They actually made the car buying experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this Ganley dealership for your next BMW. More
