I was lied to. I was enquiring on a car on the web site. Made an appointment on Thursday February 21st to go see this car and it was no longer available they knew it I was enquiring on a car on the web site. I would not of ran my credit if the car was not there any longer it was a waste of my time. More

Quick, easy transaction Bought a new Jeep Wrangler, the entire transaction took maybe 3 hours at the most. Very Shady, Service department untrustworthy My husband and I have used this dealership twice now. First time they were ok, nothing to write home about, and found a truck for him that we decided My husband and I have used this dealership twice now. First time they were ok, nothing to write home about, and found a truck for him that we decided to trade our Jeep in for. They don't give extra for accessories, wench, safari top, etc, so we decided to keep those and sell them on our own. There wasn't time that night, Thursday, and we didn't have the tools, so we WATCHED them write the note on the windshield that we would be back to pick them and anything else up after the weekend. We live a 35 miles away, come back Monday, and they already have the Jeep lifted to work on(which they said they weren't doing btw), and we can't touch it to get our things. ON top of that, they say "oh s***" when we walk up, apparently knowing they were in the wrong. So we drive out again the next day, have to wait an hour because we still can't get to the vehicle, and the service manager proceeds to tell us that no, there was never a note on the Jeep (even though our sales guy backed us up) and his employees would never take it off and go through and have free reign of the vehicle. Even after they admitted to taking the lanyard and a Carhart jacket that they were going to "give to a homeless person." I was extremely upset about the way they treated us and will never use them again. Our sales guy, Dirk, was a nice guy, but there was another that treated me like crap and practically bowed to my husband, being outwardly sexist, and refused to shake my hand after we bought the car. I couldn't believe how rude the man could be to me when he really had nothing to do with our transaction. Our finance guy was actually very nice and very fast, but the service department and the other sales guy were so horrible that we will never give them our service again. More
