Roman and Dirk were Extremely helpful in the purchase of our 2022 Jeep Rubicon. Roman let us test drive two different vehicles, gave us plenty of time to make our decision without any pressure . When my husband finally made his decision Roman made it very easy and very comfortable doing the paperwork and my husband was in and out very quickly and drove home excited to go out and get his new baby as muddy as possible! Not only was Di and Roman a big part of us buying this vehicle, they made sure that we got all of the appropriate rebates available and made sure that the price was a lot less than we expected! I believe it was the next day or two at the max that Roman called Liam personally to see how he was liking his new jeep and he also kept in touch with us to see how things were going. I’ve never had service like this before! My husband was a very dedicated Toyota customer for seven years but now we are a Jeep family as I have a 2017 Jeep wrangler and so now we’re a dedicated Jeep family! I hope that the general manager reads these reviews; our review paperwork never came in our email so I was unable to rate these two fine gentlemen. They are exemplary at what they do! Dirk was on vacation however he was in touch with me via text and giving me ideas about questions that we needed to ask, got is in touch with Roman, and kept in touch with in touch with Roman to make sure that we were happy. If we decided to make a purchase, again there was still no pressure to buy. I wish that all dealerships had sales people like the two people that you have on your sales team and they set the bar very high for your own team then I’m sure he’s already excellent in their own way.
