I have given the rating I have because I feel like Diron was honest and up front with us. Since we are return ford buyers, he even checked to see if our original sales person was still with the company befo was honest and up front with us. Diron was very good at giving me the information I needed without applying pressure. I nornally do not last 5 minutes without walking away due to the high pressure to buy a car that day no matter if you are without applying pressure. Diron did a wonderful job. I had difficult circumstances to deal with and was not optimistic that I would be able to get a vehicle at the price I needed. With the great teamwork at Five Star, not only did to deal with and was not optimistic that I would be able to get a vehicle at the price I needed. With the great teamwork at Five Star, not only did I get a new vehicle, but I was able to get a 2012 with a few extras that I wasn't expecting. They were able to get me financed with better terms than expected. Diron worked hard to make sure I was happy and listened to my needs and expectations. The customization department and finance were fantastic too, the best I've dealt with and I have bought a lot of cars. I will buy again from Five Star. More

Had a really nice experience at this dealership. This is my 6th vehicle to buy from them and I will not buy a vehicle from anywhere else. THis place is awesome and I will recommend this dealership from here on out. None of the dealerships that I have shopped at even tried to work with me on fitting it in on my budget. Thanks to Diron Lintz (Salesman) for all he did and the fine job he did on helping get into a new vehicle withi my budget even with my low credit score. Again I recommend this dealsership and if you go somewhere else, you missed out on the best deal, because you would have got a better deal here at Sam Pack's Five Star Ford. Replacing a wrecked 2010 F-150, I returned to 5 Star and Diron. Diron helped me through various options clarifying what I really needed and wanted and made the deal. I've never had a more thorough professional and honest dealer and dealership (Blue Oval) than 5 Star. Although I'd priced vehicles online, 5 Star gave this repeat customer just what I wanted. They were very accomodating and no pressure at all. I will not shop elsewhere. I can't speak enough for the 2010 F-150 with side airbags that saved my life. Also always purchase GAP insurance! More
