If I can give a negative start I would! I am not sure if the salesman received the appropriate training, there was a major lack of communication on every single part of the transaction. He failed to communicate to me about the timeline of my vehicle being ship to the dealership. I have to call every time I feel like I can’t wait anymore just to fine more information about my vehicle when he told me I would be contact at least 2 times before my car would even get in the dealership. He also failed to help me gather enough information on what I need on the insurance to ensure I get everything properly prepare to pick up my car. All he sent me was the car VIN number through email, which he failed to write down and I just found out today through the service department! No wonder he never email me unless I email him first because he don’t even have my email written down right! I got my car in November and it been 6 weeks and the car already give me problems and I don’t have a courtesy vehicle because I’m not over 25 which the salesman again failed to mention. He assured me I would be taking care of whenever I come in for a service, and I believe him. I’m not over 25 and can’t get a loaner vehicle, I get it that it’s your policy but because he failed to walk me through what to expect so I can make arrangements for myself whenever I bring my car in for a service. I am not happy with the dealership in general and with my salesman Dimitry in specific. I felt like I have to chase him around to buy a car from him, I never received the information I should known before I purchased my car, I also don’t know why they would not tell me about all of this, after all I’m purchasing a car because I need a car to move from point a to point be not to be carless for no reason thank to the lack of customer service the dealership demonstrated. More

I experienced nothing but courtesy from each employee I came in contact with. When there were delays, the reasons were clearly communicated and I was offered refreshments and comfortable seating while wait came in contact with.
