This was the cleanest car sales experience I have ever seen. Casey was direct, responsive and did not use fear tactics, bait and switch, or confusion during the entire sales process. In comparison, multiple other dealers used scare tactics and played hardball, ultimately losing my business. I would not recommend any other Toyota dealer in the area other than Gladstone. More
