Deception I have owned two Tundra's in the past, both financed by TFCC. I bought the first one from Gladstone Toyota in 2008 thru their Internet Division. Smoot I have owned two Tundra's in the past, both financed by TFCC. I bought the first one from Gladstone Toyota in 2008 thru their Internet Division. Smooth as silk. I ran into some financial difficulties and FICO took a hit, but still managed 4.5% in 2014 on another new Tundra. Well that one was totaled end of 2016, and I waited until yesterday to finance a new Tundra. This Dealership has the nerve to try to tell the public that their FICO the public gets from the Credit Bureaus is inaccurate and essentially 40-50 points lower. I went online and there is NO different FICO they can obtain that makes your credit look weaker. Anyways they tried to jam me into some god awful interest rate to which I vehemently refused. I told them I had a number already in my head from all my calculations and they came back within $50 a month of that, at 4.99%, to which I agreed, with the current bump by the Federal Chairman. My credit is MUCH better than it was in 2014. I now OWN my house, so no mortgage. Yes I had some slow pays with TFCC. I no longer have back child support on my File as I did in 2014. So xxx? Right? After agreeing to the deal, it fell flat and they wanted me to take the truck anwyays, but I'd have to suffer whatever fate came back from TFCC the next day. I don't think these People play fair. Car salesmen have a history of being slimy, and while trying to tell you they are there to HELP you, they are there to LINE THEIR POCKETS. This has NEVER changed and NEVER will. I had been up since 3 am and it was now pushing 7:30, two and a half hours later and out walks Dolph, who started to run his mouth and I was now on my last nerve. With an hour to drive home, I felt xx'd, manipulated, violated, and Dolph running his mouth, when he was nowhere involved prior, and I've already FOUR People on this deal? FOUR?!?!? I told them to take the truck and shove it. The poor initial salesman, Kevin? Dude, find a different line of work, you are TOO nice and cut out to be a SNAKE OIL SALESMAN. There is a saying, "There are two kinds of People, those who work for a living and those who work for a killing". My work ethic is "Easy come easy go? Harder to make, harder to spend". I am a blue collar worker. I live meager. I have never lost a truck financed. Being treated like a dolt pisses off anyone. I don't know how they got as many stars for a rating as they do? I'm just not some roll over taking any deal, I guess. I went in with my feet firmly planted. Testing my intelligence. Pushing a FALSE FICO. While I argued the scores, by showing online what mine actually are. Greed is why in my opinion, most salesmen are xxxx. Then today I called, because they are only one of TWO Dealerships that have the Tundra 8' box and I had cooled down, to find out what they knew. I sat on hold three different times, over 15 minutes waiting for someone from Finance to pick up. Then guess who picks up? Dolph. Who I told immediately I didn't want to talk to. He kept pushing to talk and tell me whatever he wanted to forced me to listen to and I said PLEASE GET ME YOUR MANAGER, THANK YOU. He hung up. This is how this Employee treats People. Then immediately I get a phone call from someone he arranged to call me and tell me they want half down now. ROFLMAO. In MY opinion, Dolph should be FIRED. Excellent experience! It would not be difficult to find others that would agree when I say, buying a new vehicle can sometimes be stressful and upleasant. Well, I have to tell you that this will not be the case with the team at Gladstone Toyota. Raeanne Barker was the most professional, kind, patient, understanding, and helpful sales employee I have ever worked with. Tenacity is word that comes to mind when I think of the time Raeanne spent with me. Couple this with the above mentioned and it truly was a wonderful experience all the way through. After Raeanne helped me get the best possible deal I could, I then worked with Dolf in financing and Vince in Management when preparing my vehicle to drive away. Both Guys were also very pleasant and easy to work with. If your looking for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend this team. But Raenne especially. Give her a call and you will see what I'm talking about! More

I was able to get the full value of my trade with little hassle. This dealership offers additional incentives that others don’t like free dent repair, windshield chip repair and tire replacement. In and out of the dealership at about two hours. They also offer a free 30 check up to make sure everything is running smoothly. More

Gladstone knows how to make shopping for a car a positive experience. My primary contact was Angel Grose. Sharp, friendly, knowledgeable, industrious, a joy to work with. She was game to shop. She never made me feel rushed or pushed. Her patience helped me relax and think logically -- I felt comfortable; whereas in the past, I would run out of a dealership clinging to my wallet. I have to also give a nod to their finance depart, Dolph, I believe the locals called him. Fantastic and knowledgeable man who can pull a rabbit out of hat. And because I own an old 4Runner, I found myself with Kyle in the Service Center, who works a long 12 hour day delivering the service and knowledge I found completely lacking at a competitor's facility. So not only did I buy a new Highlander, but I also got my old buggy fixed. I was told at by one of Gladstone's competitors that my old ride was a $8-12K discontinued debacle and completely without hope. And finally, it must be said that service and dedication is the norm across the board at the Gladstone facility. Every single person I exchanged so much as a hello with, jumped at the chance to assist me with one thing or another. If I was going to go back to work, I'd want to work there with all those fab people. Needless to say, Gladstone is my new go-to. More

Great experiences all around. We have had great experiences, in sales, service and parts at Toyota of Gladstone. I sent out Toyota website vehicle internet inquires to 5 Toyota d We have had great experiences, in sales, service and parts at Toyota of Gladstone. I sent out Toyota website vehicle internet inquires to 5 Toyota dealerships in total. Of the 5, I immediately received calls from all 5. Four called asking me what type of vehicle I was interested in, model, color and trim package, which is information sent with the inquiry. I sent the models, trim packages, color information in each request. Wade Fish was the only salesperson to call me with information related to my specific request, knew what was on hand and had checked, colors and trim packages. The other dealerships asked for the information they had in front of them, told me that they had vehicles they didn’t, and essentially lied about inventory to get me on the lot. Toyota of Gladstone earned our business with stellar customer service, unbeatable prices, and follow through after the sales. We were looking to replace 3 vehicles, and have just bought 3 vehicles in the last 60 days. Honesty and integrity wins customer loyalty, and obviously our business. We just bought the last two on the last day of 2017. More
