I have purchased so many different brands vehicle for my family, and this was my first time to purchase Toyota for myself. And that would be the worst experience I ever had in my life. I would give 0 star i family, and this was my first time to purchase Toyota for myself. And that would be the worst experience I ever had in my life. I would give 0 star if I can. TBH, salesman is nice to customers. But their finance department is not professional enough, and refused to resolve the problem. They even asked customer to pay for their mistake and tried to put all the responsibilities on their customers. That was what happened to me. I was a grad student and were able to apply their online rebate program. I told them multiple times I wanted to apply that, they refused me with so many reasons. But they never mentioned to me I needed to verify online first. If they told me on that day, I could go back home to verify and come back another day or I just gave up the rebate. That was my choice. But no one told me anything about the verification. The finance director called me and told me that was my responsibility. First, the program was new for them, they didn’t know that many detail (the rebate has been posted online in April, and I asked in June). And they didn’t have any responsibility to tell me what to do four applying, if I want to apply, I need to do everything and told them what to do. That was very funny, I was a customer and spent money in your dealership, I was not the student in college that needed to search up realizable resources before I went. After that, their customer relations called me and apologized for that, no reimbursement. Still asked for customers to pay for the mistake they made. And the most important thing was, nobody in finance department tried to apologize for the mistake, they just kept telling me nothing they can do. If you are looking for the Toyota dealership, save your time and go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time on it. They just want your money and will not resolve any problem. More

This was my second purchase from Continental Toyota. I never thought to go anywhere else when purchasing another RAV4. Our salesman, Samir, was very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and very helpful with no pressure to sell us the car. The manager, Michael, was also very accommodating in our wish for test driving th knowledgeable and very helpful with no pressure to sell us the car. I bought my first car from Continental Toyota a few days ago. I was nervous about the car buying process, but my experience, thanks to Jerry Skeberdis, was quick and easy. Jerry was very welcoming when I ca ago. I was nervous about the car buying process, but my experience, thanks to Jerry Skeberdis, was quick and easy. Jerry was very welcoming when I came through the dealership doors and was able to get me the 2023 RAV4 Hybrid XLE I had been searching for. I was also able to test drive a RAV4 my first trip to the dealership without having to schedule an appointment. Jerry sent me updates on the car’s ETA, since it was in transit, and sent reminders to bring documents for a quick pickup when the car was ready. Continental is not the closest Toyota dealership for me, but I will look to Jerry and Continental for future purchases. More
