Professional, honest, and friendly My boyfriend, Michael, and I (Morgan) walked in to Herb Chambers of Honda Seekonk to take a look at a car we found online. We had been looking at cars My boyfriend, Michael, and I (Morgan) walked in to Herb Chambers of Honda Seekonk to take a look at a car we found online. We had been looking at cars at other dealers, and were very comfortable walking away if we felt any hesistation in making a purchase. It may be worth it to note that Michael and I can be a bit high maintenance. We value quality of service and will not spend money if we feel that our needs were not professionally addressed. First, we called and spoke with Laura over the phone, and were impressed by her friendly personality and professionalism. We arrived at the dealership and Laura introduced us to Domenica Helo. Let me just say that Domenica knocked it out of the park. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, so naturally many of the employees were managing more than one customer at a time. Domenica introduced herself to us, then proceeded to show us the car we were interested in. In describing the car, Domenica was very honest, open, and accommodating. She allowed us both to test drive the car, and answered all of our questions. In sum, she checked off every box for us in terms of a sales person who was professional, yet straight forward and made us feel like we could trust her to help us without pressuring us for a sale. (Yes, we did end up buying the car in cash that day). What really stood out to us about Domenica is that while we could see she was very busy, she prioritized answering our questions, making sure we were comfortable with refreshments and snacks, and made us feel like we were the most important people in the building. At some points, she was even literally jogging back and forth to ensure that we were taken care of regarding all paperwork, as well as managing her other customers. Domenica had a smile on her face the WHOLE TIME. Not once did she complain, becomed frustrated in repeating herself or answering more questions from us, or show any sign that we were anything less then the upmost priority. Due the volume of customers that day, we did have to spend some time waiting. After a few hours, we became a bit tired but Domenica stopped by several times to check on us, update us, and make sure we were taken care of, while she continued running back and forth taking care of her customers. Simply put, we have both purchased vehicles in the past and have never had such a positive experience before, despite any wait time. The sheer quality of Domenicas customer service made everything worth it. We would absolutely purchase from this location again if we got to work with Domenica, and would even pay a higher rate for an identical vehicle if it meant that we received the customer service that we did from her. Can someone give this outstanding employee a raise? Or a great appraisal? This kind of service deserves to be rewarded and incentivized. Herb, I hope you are reading this, and I hope you do something to show Domenica how much she is appreciated for making our experience so incredible and for closing a tough deal! I mean it. In my opinion, and Michaels, you are fortunate to have an employee who represents your business so well. We both look forward to working with Herb Chambers and Domenica Helo in the future! More

We were greeted enthusiastically by Domenica Helo. She helped us with locating the right vehicle, test drive, trade in appraisal, and final negotiation. What impressed me most about Domenica was her persistent follow up AFTER the sale, which I found lacking when buying a new top of the line 2017 Accord V6 Touring at a local competitor a few months earlier. Domenica followed up daily via phone or text until our SUV was registered, insured, and on the road. At my request she even ordered an owner's manual for it and had it mailed to our home. She was a pleasure to deal with, understands customer satisfaction, and I would recommend her to others shopping at this dealership. Wishing I bought the Accord here too. More

From start to finish my sales consultant Domenica Helo was friendly and very helpful. No high pressure sales at all. The test drive and explanation of the vehicle was very informative. The finance manager was also very friendly and explained my finance options clearly. I am very happy with my like new Acura MDX! Thank you. More

Too good to be true? I am giving a 1 star review, subject to change depending on how the return process goes, but I feel compelled to tell everyone to do their homework. I am giving a 1 star review, subject to change depending on how the return process goes, but I feel compelled to tell everyone to do their homework. My girlfriend and I went to Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, around a 5 hour drive round-trip because there were a lot of 2013-16 Accords EX/EX-L that we were interested in. However, only one was actually available for a test drive. We purchased a '14 Honda Accord EX-L, supposedly labeled by Carfax as one-owner and labeled 'Certified' on the website. 12/19/16. After returning home(without the vehicle - we needed to wait until the next day to pick it up), we noticed some anomalies on the website's description of our new car and the Carfax report. We felt our dealer (Domenica) was very friendly and helpful, but once we were sent to finance and declined any warranty of sorts, Tom, I believe, was not even courteous enough to say "nice to meet you and congrats" after finishing the transaction. All we received is an envelope tossed in our direction and an "All set". We decided I would(James) attempt to raise our concerns to Sales Management and to our dealer the next day (day to pick up the car). The dealer was great and a better customer service provider. However, the sales manager(s) were both blunt, unwilling to reason, and simply provided lackluster explanations about how the online information was generated by a third party (so?). The website indicated our car was 'Certified' and that was the first highlight - it said being certified would increase the car value. But we were told they removed the HONDA certification to lower the price by $2000 (to what it was listed as in store and online) and the website meant HERB CHAMBERS CERTIFIED (how does this increase value?). About the CarFax one-owner, my girlfriend called Honda Corporate Customer Care directly and we were told that we would actually be the 3rd or 4th owner; and the Carfax is misleading as well as the service records were minimal. She then called to speak to a Sales Manager, and was ultimately hung up on and treated very condescending and as if I was being annoying about concerns we both had over a large purchase/investment. As a customer, I felt that since the deal was over and finalized, the Sales Managers did not care in the slightest about my our concerns. We were not offered any apologies (accept from our dealer) or any type of problem resolution. So tomorrow we plan on returning the vehicle due to the the worst customer service and consumer experience we've had to date. The sales managers we dealt with had minimal patience, empathy, and did not care about their pay-check providing customer's concerns or else I wouldn't have spent the time writing a complaint. None of our concerns were addressed with any effort or attempt to reach a resolution leaving both parties [buyer/seller] satisfied. I wish we had been treated fairly and at least a small reduction in price or something was offered. Maybe an actual professional GM will be available, otherwise, lesson learned to not always trust reviews and do not trust Herb Chambers website. More
