Hey, I’m Dominic! I’m passionate about helping people find the right vehicle while keeping the process smooth, honest, and pressure-free. I’ve got a background not only in the automotive world but also in the boating industry, which has shaped my hands-on, customer-first approach. Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball, hitting the beach, watching animated movies, and gaming when I have the time. I’m big on personal growth—physically, spiritually, and mentally—and I try to bring that mindset into everything I do. Whether you’re buying your first car or looking for something new, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I was not expecting to buy a vehicle that day but ultimately i got a great deal for my trade in. From the moment I arrived, they made the entire process smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. Both of them were incredibly attentive—always checking in, answering every question, and making sure I felt comfortable and confident with each step. What really stood out was how genuinely cool and personable they both are. No pressure, no hassle, just real people who clearly care about giving customers a great experience. I was traveling from Florida back home to Huntsville, AL when my vehicle developed mechanical problems. From my initial call to the service department, all actions were exceptional. I'm a long-time customer when my vehicle developed mechanical problems. From my initial call to the service department, all actions were exceptional. I'm a long-time customer of VW, having purchased eight vehicles from the Delray Beach VW and Huntsville, AL Dealerships, the services and assistance, I received from the Lakeland Dealership was outstanding. I was really taken care of and was able to get back on the road. Bravo Lakeland VW. More

It was great working with the Sales Representative Dominic Bailey. He is very professional, explains the car buying process well, delivers expectations, and follows up timely. The finance manager Larr Dominic Bailey. He is very professional, explains the car buying process well, delivers expectations, and follows up timely. The finance manager Larry Riddle was very friendly, personal, and explained going through the loan process well and the extended warranty offers as well. I would only give 4 out of 5, due to that working with the Assistance Finance Manager Charles was way to aggressive with trying to get the car sale done on Sunday that when I went back out to my car to leave the lot he tried to come up to me to offer me a lower APR percentage that I declined. I wouldn't want to work with Charles there, but overall great experience!! More
