Last fall I began a search for CRV. My initial contact at Valley Honda was with Dominick. I appreciated his continued contact and checking in during that time as various vehicles became available. The timing proved to be right in late February when a 2022 red CRV EX became available. Dominick's associate, Umesh, provided an opportunity for a test drive which helped seal the deal. During the purchasing process Dominick was helpful and friendly, and I appreciated his low-key , yet very competent and knowledgeable approach. As a female buyer, I also greatly appreciated his refraining from "mansplaining" things to me during the process. I had had some previous experiences with older male salespersons while car shopping, and I did not appreciate being talked to in a way that implied I was an unworthy or ignorant customer. Before I drove my new vehicle off the lot Dominick provided a tutorial on the various "bells and whistles" I now had at my fingertips with my 2022 model, which I found very helpful since I had previously been driving an older vehicle. I would highly recommend Valley Honda. Dominick and the rest of the staff I had contact with made the purchase of a new vehicle a very pleasant and positive experience! More

On 2/25/2023 we purchased a Honda Odyssey EX from Valley Honda and are extremely please with our purchase. We first test drove the van back on July 31, 2022. Dominic D'Alesio explained all the van's features and answered all the questions we had. More importantly he always treated us with respect. He informed us about all the options there were for the van and let us made the decision as to what we though was best for us. We never felt pressured to buy, which is rare when buying a car from other dealers. There was a backlog of orders, and an even longer waiting period to get the van the way we wanted it. Dominic monitored the build status and kept us informed through bi-weekly e-mails. He also promptly answered all of our questions. The waiting was well worth the wait. The van's interior and exterior came out flawless. The van handles vey well, has plenty of horse power, provies a plush ride and easily sits 8 people in comfort. OUR SALESMAN DOMINIC D’ALESIO WAS JUST GREAT. TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AS WE WERE LOOKING TO BUY A CRV. HE EXPLAINED ALL OPTIONS, AND FROM DAY ONE KEPT US UPDATED WEEKLY ON TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AS WE WERE LOOKING TO BUY A CRV. HE EXPLAINED ALL OPTIONS, AND FROM DAY ONE KEPT US UPDATED WEEKLY ON THE STATUS IF WHEN OUR CAR WAS BEING BUILT AND WHEN IT WOULD ARRIVE. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PICK UP OUR CAR, HE SPENT NEARLY AN HOUR AND A HALF EXPLAINING AND SHOWING US HOW EVERY THING WORKS, AND MADE SURE WE HAD NO QUESTIONS ABOUT ANYTHING WHEN WE DROVE OUT OF THE LOT. AS FAR AS VALLEY HONDA, THEY NEVER TRIED TO UPSELL ON ANY ASPECT OF THE CAR AND DID NOT CHARGE SOME MARKET ADJUSTMENT FOR THE CAR AS OTHER DEALERS IN THE AREA WERE.
