Jordan was the salesman and he was great to work with. I believe Matt was our Finance gent and he was no-pressure, which i appreciated. I only gave a 4 of 5 because they were unwilling to negotiate on a truck that had been in an accident, although minor [which is vague]. But the truck rode and drove well so it wasn't a deal breaker. Regardless, I will recommend Byers to my family and friends. I've purchased 2 vehicles from the Byers family and have serviced my Ford and Lincoln with them for years and will my Tacoma as well.
