From the moment we parked our car we felt welcomed (but not pressured) and comfortable at Byers. Actually, it was even before that when Kyle took the time to send a new video of the used vehicle we were in not pressured) and comfortable at Byers. This Dealership is terrible! Purchased a vehicle from them and after Two days the car stopped on me. Called the dealership to figure out the repairs, no one would call back. Dealt with repairing a vehicle that was supposed to have had a warranty only to find out later the vehicle didn't have a warranty and now the transmission went out. I only has the vehicle less than two years. More
