We had been looking for a CPO Infinity QX50 for several weeks at multiple dealerships. Roswell Infinity by far had the best price for the same vehicle anywhere around. We especially enjoyed the experience of working with Richard Johnson. He was friendly, but most of all, he was honest. He answered all our questions and even let us look at the car underneath up on a lift in the service department. Richard was not pushy at all. He made the entire experience easy and non-stressful like some car buying experiences can be. I had also began the process by emailing with Dominic LaBarrie who was very helpful and stayed in touch until we could get to the dealership in person. More

I was able to complete most of my transaction by email, text and phone thanks to a tech savvy team. Upon arrival, my CPO QX80 sat brilliantly at the front of the dealership and I parked my QX56 trade next to it. Elizabeth promptly greeted me and took me to my new vehicle. She then went over warranty info and other purchase related items. I met Dominic at this time as well and he expressed his gratitude for my purchase. After a short wait, Josh Andrews finished my paperwork and off I went. The team at Roswell Infiniti is fantastic and I highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase. More

I talked to every dealer in Atlanta and Roswell Infiniti was easily the best and easiest experience. I talked to Dominic, he found me the car I wanted, and offered it at a reasonable price. Vasile walked me through the car and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then Shawn helped me get everything finalized and out the door quickly and easily. Excellent experience all the way around. More

“Not as promised ” I recently bought a vehicle from here. I travelled from Louisiana to make purchase. While completing papers, I stressed the importance of sending all I recently bought a vehicle from here. I travelled from Louisiana to make purchase. While completing papers, I stressed the importance of sending all correspondence to my post office box address rather than my street address. Both addresses listed on my drivers license. Simple enough, right ? Now I find that all correspondence, car license, etc. was mailed to street address. No big deal, right? Not so, there is no mail delivery at my street address, exactly why I stressed the need to use my post office box! When I called to get this mess corrected, I was repeatedly told that it was no one’s fault. I also found out that the dealership had sent the wrong amount of money to my DMV for my auto license ( my DMV told me this, not anyone from Infinity!) As of yet, I still have not gotten this mess corrected, but it’s “no ones fault”, right?! I certainly expected a higher level of customer service from this dealership, which seems to pride itself on its reputation. It may seem like a little thing, however I provided all the correct and necessary information at the time of purchase, they were glad to take my money but the attention to detail and customer service was far from satisfactory! More
