I purchased a Toyota Avalon, as I was leaving I noticed the steering was making a noise and chalked it up to the low mileage car had on it. It progressively got worse on my 6 Hour drive home. The car itself was amazingly and is in great condition and I was told that it went through Toyotas rigorous inspection. I sent a video to the salesman before I even made it home. It has taken me: four days in a row to try to get in touch with somebody and now they don’t wanna fix it because of the cost. This was a 2 $20,198 vehicle. I am simply baffled by the customer service that I am getting from Fort Toyota, one of their solutions were they could come and pick the car up, but will not compensate me for my time off work our fuel mileage to go get it. Extremely disappointed. More
