I purchased a Toyota Avalon, as I was leaving I noticed the steering was making a noise and chalked it up to the low mileage car had on it. It progressively got worse on my 6 Hour drive home. The car itsel the steering was making a noise and chalked it up to the low mileage car had on it. It progressively got worse on my 6 Hour drive home. The car itself was amazingly and is in great condition and I was told that it went through Toyotas rigorous inspection. I sent a video to the salesman before I even made it home. It has taken me: four days in a row to try to get in touch with somebody and now they don’t wanna fix it because of the cost. This was a 2 $20,198 vehicle. I am simply baffled by the customer service that I am getting from Fort Toyota, one of their solutions were they could come and pick the car up, but will not compensate me for my time off work our fuel mileage to go get it. Extremely disappointed. More

I went to Fort's to buy a specific used car in their inventory. The car was mostly to my satisfaction, I did actually buy it, and I'm happy with my purchase. My salesperson Scott Hall was great, no issu inventory. The car was mostly to my satisfaction, I did actually buy it, and I'm happy with my purchase. My salesperson Scott Hall was great, no issues. The car itself I had an independent inspection on and it came back with a few issues that weren't disclosed, some of which I'd be surprised to see from any serious dealership. I got one of those fixed with the power train warranty, and the others were arguably minor. The service person Chris was helpful and even though the more minor issues weren't covered by warramty he told me they secured the loose parts a bit better and I'm grateful for that. The finance guy Ray misgendered me three times. I need to change my legal name still so that's how he knew but I pass as cis fairly well so it was definitely intentional and therefore offensive and rude. He was otherwise friendly, so I'm guessing he doesn’t realize how offensive he was. I can't recommend LGBTQ+ people go to Forts because of that, but I still got the car I wanted and overall my experience was still positive. More
