Service advisor Emily was great. She was fast, friendly and retrieved me a rental in a timely fashion. However was not impressed by the work completed. Purchased a new 2026 Canyon, day two the AC drain leaked soaking my passenger floorboard. After the first repair the truck pulled hard to the left and the floor was still wet. The carpet should have been dried prior to me taking the vehicle home. It is now back in the shop. The vehicle has spent more time at the dealer than in my possession. More

I liked the car and it seems good so far. Dominick seemed to accept my offer, so I was somewhat misled when he came back from his manager with a counteroffer. Then it happened again. Tha Dominick seemed to accept my offer, so I was somewhat misled when he came back from his manager with a counteroffer. Then it happened again. That spoiled the sale a little, But three things also happened afterwards that bothered me. They pushed me to leave the lot with the car forcing me to leave my car overnight and it was a nicer car and a convertible which made me nervous. They also were very cavalier about my insurance company giving me 7 days to insure it and that it would be covered by my insurance on my other vehicle. As it turns out, I flew uninsured for a week because each insurance company does their own thing. The other thing that annoyed me was that they asked me to move to the waiting room so they could clean the car up. I was there for over an hour so finally walked back to the cleaning area. The guy doing the car had taken a lunch break and had no idea that a customer was waiting to get the car, I asked him to double time it and then waited anther 25 minutes, My intention was not to drive off with the car that day, so this major delay screwed up my schedule. All those are easy fixes. I liked the fact that there was only one dealer fee and we negotiated it a bit. I have walked away from other dealerships that surprise you at the end and I will not return to them ever again nor recommend them. I did not feel baited and switched here which is all too common. Dominic seems like a very nice guy and he will do well. More
