At the time, it was to be our second car and we thought, even though my wife was pregnant with out second. After 6 months with a second child and trying to make everything work in our Accord and MDX as our two vehicles, we came to the realization that we needed an Odyssey . After reaching back out to both Dominique and Esteban, and having negative equity in our only one-year leased vehicle, they made the numbers work and got us in a 2016 EXL with RES Odyssey and we LOVE it! It couldn't be a better vehicle for a family and once again, our experience at Criswell could not have gone better. This dealership and in particular, these gentlemen are the epitome of professional. They made a deal for us and as I told them, as long as they work at Criswell, we will continue to come to them for our vehicular needs. More

Our Sales Consultant both of the most recent times was Dominique Vattuone. He treated us with kid gloves, going above and beyond to make our experience smooth and pleasant. In addition we worked with the General Sales Manager Esteban Mesa. He too did everything he could to get us what we wanted and ensure that we were happy. He even made friends with our 3 year old daughter, which made her time (and ours!) at the dealership much more enjoyable! Truly, Dominique did everything possible to help us get the car we really wanted. Jim Walker was also a pleasure to work with. He broke everything down in a way we could understand, and when we had questions he patiently answered them. If he didn't know the answer, he rushed to find someone who did.
