Both men made this as easy and stress free as buying a new car can be. I went in with very clear terms of what I was willing to pay, finance, and expect on my trade-in. They made the numbers work with little hassle or back-and-forth. Honda makes a great product, and you can see that the team at Criswell is proud of what they sell. Do be careful of falling for added protection plans sold at the end (as is the case with ALL dealerships). The overall protection plan is a good buy -- more than doubling the warranty to seven years and covering most everything -- a real necessity with today's computer/electronic dominated cars. Will something major go wrong with a Honda in the first seven years? Probably not. But if it does, the repair can mean big $$ because of how complex cars have become. One significant fix pays you back for the plan. That said, I'd avoid the extra dent/key plans. You would have to make multiple uses of them to justify added cost. Don't worry though -- they DO take no for an answer and do not badger. My mother is going to be in the market for a new car soon and I've already told her that I want to bring her into Criswell. More

But instead a wonderful gentle man approached me an asked my how he could be of service to me. We hit it off after that. I told him I wanted a base model with no frills attached, and that's what he showed me. He wasn't pushy and he didn't try to sell me what I didn't want. My "no" meant "no" to him. He was extremely respectful. Dominique Vattuone is the number one Salesperson in my book. Andy Russo in finance was just as courteous and friendly. He asked me what I wanted to pay, and he made it happen. I've been to many car dealerships , but this is the first time I truly enjoyed it because of the respectful, honest and friendly staff.
