Another important attribute was that she was always very courteous, for I have dealt with some salespersons in the past in which that wasn't always the case, and of course, I did not deal them. I also must note that I had some contact with Dominique Vattuone, who was also very helpful and I commend his courtesy and work, as well. We were blown away by the professional and honest treatment we received from our first email to our last moment walking out the door with a new car for our daughter. Dominique Vattuone was the first person we had the pleasure of "meeting" on-line. The price he quoted us was the price we bought the car for -- no tricks, no haggling. He is a class-act and a stellar sales person -- Criswell should be thrilled to have him! The next wonderful professional we encountered was the Sales Manager, Keith Stewart. He assured us that the price we were given was the "real price" and treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. He greeted us when we arrived and personally thanked us when we left. Wow, we are SO IMPRESSED! The finance representative, Jim Walker, was our final stop and he was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He gave us a great deal on an extended warranty too! I have already and will continue to recommend Dominique, Jim and Criswell to anyone who may be in the market for a new Honda. I had one of my best experiences ever in buying a car with my recent lease of a 2014 CRV from Criswell. MJ and Dominique gave me a great price, but more importantly, did it without the normal undesirabl with my recent lease of a 2014 CRV from Criswell.
