Previous inquiries with Toyota and Mitsubishi in the Rockville area left me feeling uncertain because it felt like they were trying to milk the deal. In the end I am glad it happened that way, we were considering the CRV for a while but wanted to do due diligence and check out some other options, but 100% happy with how it worked out, fantastic car at the right price, and it feels great to give Dom my business. We met with Dominique and had a very pleasant experience. They offered us a good price and we negotiated it down even further. He didn't keep us hanging around or try to push anything on us that we didn't need. He explained everything very thoroughly and walked us through all the paperwork. He let us take the car out for 30 minutes and then helped us set everything up, which was very helpful since this was my first car with the screen and bluetooth and all that. He talked to the finance manager before we went in and the manager was very helpful- he gave us some discounts on the warranty and didn't try to sell us anything else. It was a quick and relatively painless experience. We would definitely recommend Dominique and the rest of the staff we worked with. This was not a shady car dealer and we didn't feel like they were taking advantage of us every step of the way. Great service. More

Initially utilized TrueCar to do our research on regional price points and shortly after were contacted by Criswell Honda's Internet Department (Dominique). We got on their contact list while shopping around and were emailed a special running this past weekend for a Honda Accord EX-L. We headed up to the dealership and dealt with Yanet, who was incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. Our experience with her was a major reason in rating this dealership highly. She was patient throughout the test drive and even assisted in setting up the various features in our new car. Unfortunately, our only negative review of the dealership was dealing with their finance department (Andy) who was condescending. We felt rushed signing paperwork and could have used a bit more assistance in explaining the terms, conditions, and pricing in detail. Overall, we would recommend this dealership and will definitely come back in the future. More
